Pento's Project Sketchbook

In Fabula Ultima, Tinkerers (and a few other PCs) are capable of crafting Projects -- original inventions that you can fund, progress, and use in your games. This book, Pento's Project Sketchbook, includes:

• an introduction to Project rules
• a list of the official Project-focused Player Character options, to help you create a Project-savvy PC
• An optional rule to create flawed Projects and remove the flaw later through research, development, trial, and error
• some prompt-based exercises to get you brainstorming new Projects
• over three dozen example Projects to use in your game as-is or take inspiration from, across all Areas an Potencies, each written and hand-illustrated by me, RollForThings.
  • The amateur illustrations are a really intentional thing about this work; Pento is not a trained artist, and neither am I. And if you're not either, then that's okay! Get your ideas on the page, don't worry about technical prowess, just start creating stuff.

It's my hope that Pento's Project Sketchbook helps at least one person get over "blank page syndrome" and jump into this fascinating, often-overlooked area of Fabula Ultima.
